Frank W. Kurpetski and Son, Inc. has been serving the residents of Osceola and its neighboring counties since 1987. Being 3rd generation in the building field, we take tremendous pride in our work, treating each house we build or renovate as if it were our own. Our policy is to provide quality workmanship from the ground, up. We believe in a one-on-one contractor/client relationship to better serve our customers. Over the last 36 years, we have achieved a 100% satisfaction rate.

Frank and Ellen Kurpetski
Frank Kurpetski, President of Frank W. Kurpetski and Son, Inc., hails from Long Island, NY. He is a graduate of Dowling College with a BBA in Accounting. After working as a Controller and Financial Analyst for such companies as Gulf and Western Industries and Doubleday Publishing, he decided to follow in his family's footsteps, first in his father's brick business and then on to establishing his own Residential Contracting business.
Ellen Kurpetski, Vice President of Frank W. Kurpetski and Son, Inc., is also a Long Island native with an AAS in Business Administration. She was a budget analyst for GEICO Insurance. After moving to Florida, she became a substitute teacher for a short while and then moved on to work for nine years at Osceola County's Convention and Visitors Bureau in advertising and public relations. In 2011, Ellen became Assistant to the Director of Good Samaritan Society-Kissimmee Village and held that position for 11 1/2 years. She now works full time for Frank W. Kurpetski and Son, Inc.
